Tommaso is a 19-year-old transgender man who lives in Palermo. After a long difficult period at school and at home he was able to determine himself and obtained the documents to begin his medicalization for his much desired physical transition and the change of documents to be recognized as a man. With pride he has decided to be followed in a photographic work that can serve other people to have the courage to determine themselves in their own life in difficult social contexts such as Sicily.
