Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening
Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening
The series was inspired and named after the Robert Frost poem of the same title. This Forest of Pine Trees is located relatively near to my hometown. Over the years I lived there, I tried to capture its mystical nature multiple times. But at no other season is the atmosphere as remarkable as in winter. Time stands still during winter in this area of the woodland. It gets windy and freezing cold. Everything transforms into a pencil drawing. Changes in the scenery seem to occur every step. No matter how many times I photographed it, I never saw the same forest twice.
