This series portrays the human presence only through its physical objects in each image. At the same time humans are absent or invisible. The animals are still animals by keeping their animal characteristics without any human behavioral traits, however, the border in between remains fluid. The images are therefore all of an imaginative and juxtaposed nature and are surrounded by a mystique created and enhanced by the light, a feeling of “what if...”, from which the viewer is allowed to create his or her own story. All images are taken and composited by me with digital painting making up a large part of the working process for creating light and shadow. Images are of fine art quality and printed on Hahnemuehle Photo Rag 308g. Editions are limited and signed with white mapping 7-8 cm around. Sizes are framed 60x60, 80x80 and 100x100 for square format. Rectangular format start at 80x60.
