Field of forces

In physics, a field of forces is an area where a system of forces is manifested, whether magnetic, electric or gravitational. All forces are often very strongly dependent on their environment.

This photographic series have been taken in a snowy field during winter. It's an analogy to the invisible forces that surround us.

Yvon Jolivet is a self-taught canadian artist born in Quebec an a scientist by training where he worked for several decades as a research professional.

His photographic approach has tended to highlight the natural environment by the symbolism that emerges from it. he try to bring a new meaning to the forms and the natural rhythm which govern our environment.

His photographic work has been honored with numerous international awards, including gold, silver and bronze Awards in Fine Art and Abstract. His work has also been presented in several Art exhibitions in different countries (Greece, Italy, Canada, United States, Romania, Spain, England, etc.).

Yvon Jolivet is a professionnal member of RAAV (Regroupement des artistes en arts visuels du Québec) and CARFAC (Canadian Artists Representation).
