Behind the window

These photographic portraits of wild animals were taken in Switzerland zoos. This series sets out to highlight the work and concepts of zoos to protect wildlife from the threat of exhinction. The pictures zoomed in to focus on the beauty, the serenity and the welfare of animals. They are placed in a square frame to symbolize a kind of "behind the window". Colors, lights, textures, all the process enhances the animal's gaze and the mood around, allowing emotions and feeling to shine through.
