EUROPEAN BEE-EATER (Merops apiaster)

Bee-Eaters are mostly tropical, very colourful birds, real artist on wings, their flight varies from gliding in the air over speeding like a jet fighter, then they land on a branch like the lightest butterfly. I tried to concentrate in this picture series the essence of that, which I find the best of these wonderful birds: power, elegance and beauty.
