Black noise, White noise
Black noise, White noise
It is a silent journey that questions our inner selves: the journey towards inner peace. This path often begins in our places of confinement, in oblivion and sorrow, in inattention to others. How can we find the path to inner peace when, in our daily lives, we have to put up with the ignorance of others, live in anguish or welcome sadness? When loneliness is nothing but desolation, a black mood and we only hear the cry of our anguish?
Black noise.
To continue on our way, perhaps we will have to take the time to be silent :
- to reflect and to discern, to remember our dreams?
- to heal the noises of our lives, our inner disorders?
- to access the sacred in a artistic or spiritual movement?
- to listen to the other and to live the fraternity?
White noise.
Taking this time of silence is undoubtedly necessary to come out of our torpor and welcome our reality.
To consent to life.
Then, perhaps, the journey towards inner peace will end in deep joy.
Author
My photography is inspired by humanistic photography. My images, often contrasted, present worked compositions and show a permanent search for visual harmony and balance of forms. If this aesthetic attention is essential in my approach, it is no less at the service of my primary intention: to focus attention on the human being, to question his interiorities and capture a touch of humanity!
I am a 42 and French photographer living in Lyon.
I work mainly with 35mm silver film.
