Dune

When you say Colorado, few would picture sand dunes. Yet, nestled in south eastern Colorado in the US there is a stunning set of sand dunes that sit between a large flat plane and a series of mountains. I captured this shot from a nearby tall dune, with a long lens, as the sun descended and a sand storm swept across the landscape.
