Under the Bridge

The photos were taken in Kiezmark, where the S7 route connecting the Tricity and Warsaw crosses the Vistula River. It is the final section of the Vistula crossing Żuławy - a flat, highly drained, depressed agricultural area.
The photographed object is relatively new and is a rare spatial accent on this monotonous and not very diverse terrain, which, combined with the road lighting penetrating the surface of the bridge, results in a particularly dynamic and, in a sense, “negating” the everyday character of the surroundings.

An amateur photographer born in Olsztyn. I am an architect by education and I currently work in this profession. I currently live in Gdynia.
I have been interested in photography since time immemorial: at the beginning, there was the Soviet Smiena, then the Soviet Zenit until it was time for decent analog SLR cameras, my own darkroom, etc.
Currently, after a long break, I have returned to what I like to do the most - reportage. The subject appeared unexpectedly. Poland was flooded with a wave of violent protests by women who did not agree to the tightening of the anti-abortion law, protests of which I am publishing here. Moreover - due to my profession - I photograph architecture and landscape.
The material on the website is modest, but it does not reflect the entirety of my oeuvre, which is largely immortalized in prints and is also scattered. I decided that there was no point in going back to ancient times for the sake of current activities.
