PERICULUM
This images are trying to show what happens when the communication bridge get broken. Diffused Axonal Damage is a brain injury that irreparably damages the structure of the axons, or rather the centripetal extensions of neurons responsible for the transmission of action potentials. This can happen, and has happened, even in the social fabric. When freedom of expression is stifled by dictatorial forms, it limits and corrupts freedom of thought.
The mind lives only in communication, in receiving it and in giving it.
The same images abstractly describe the two aspects, micro and macro; from the moment of rupture, to the sudden chaos, to the total absence of communication through that channel.
Project realized in collaboration with L.V.
