Anxious
Anxious
Our life can be overwhelmed by stress when there are too many things to deal with, and even the toughest person may feel anxious, nervous, or burnt out at some point. This photograph depicts an anxiety attack, during which we usually endure waves and waves of emotions and thoughts. The reason why I use waves as a metaphor here is because when you have an anxiety attack, you really go through ups and downs: there is hope and optimism at one moment, and then the next might feel completely helpless.
