Garden Conference

I was walking through the Palais Royal, in Paris when I found these chairs , in line, and no one around...

You can find these chairs in all the old parisian gardens, like Les Tuileries. They are a part of the parisian architectural style of the gardens.

I called this picture "the garden conference", but I even don't know if anyone used them or if it was just a kind of game played by somebody.
