Hunting in this world of activism

A lot of countries encourage less consumption of meat or to eat organic food at least. But what if your country has to many wild animals which destroy the flora and fauna? Well, then there ar hunters to keep our nature in balance.
The point is that al of people are against hunting and think hunters are crazy people who love to kill animals just for fun. Activists, and vegans also, go even futher and want to prohibit the hunting lifestyle. In reality they often disturb hunting meetings and briefings. In this modern world a lot of hunters don't even admit they are hunting, it's a difficult topic today but in fact they are protecting our flora and fauna. In the end we can't live without plants and trees.

What is it like to be a hunter today and how do they go about their work? I was invited to make an up to date photo documentary to show you the world of hunting step by step. These photo's were made in Landkern, Germany.
