Morning take wing, evening unfold
In the classic Chinese philosophical text, all things come from one primitive inherent “Way.” “The way” is eternal, and it never stops blending, converging so that it achieves balance at the end. The balance bears all things: To calm over impact, to provoke over tranquility, to complement the gap, to remove superfluities. “Harmony” is the paramount method by which to create a balance between everything in our world. It’s the sublimation of “Relativity.” The answer to how I can reach “Harmony” is through “Change.” The status of my subjects was dynamic (Light, Water ripples and Shadows). The three things intertwined together and complemented each other. They couldn’t be separated, and that’s the balance. I think the more harmony we can achieve, the more peace we might obtain.
My aesthetic direction has been inspired by Chinese painting and Western oil painting. I mix all the principles and create balance in the artworks.
