The photograph was taken in a cattle camp of the Mundari nomadic people in South Sudan. This community is known for breeding Ankole cattle, distinguished by their large horns. What makes this photograph special is that it was captured at sunset, when dried dung is burned, which—combined with the setting sun—creates a magical photographic atmosphere.
