“This series was photographed at my workplace, the Tehran Customs yard. Although the environment is usually crowded and industrial, my visual approach is minimalist. I tried to reveal a quieter geometry inside this heavy space by removing distractions and focusing on repetition, clean lines, and controlled negative space. The calm structure that appears in the images is not the reality of the location, but the way I choose to see it. The human figure in the photographs is my colleague at the customs. His presence provides scale and a subtle narrative, creating a contrast between the harsh industrial setting and the quiet minimalist atmosphere I aim to express.”
