Disappearance

In this series I reveal the disappearance of a woman’s identity under the weight of the roles she is doing through her life - mother, wife, worker, housekeeper — every role demands a piece of her until she becomes a blurred version of herself. A woman self is slowly disappearing under the weight of endless responsibilities. It is not collapsing dramatically but quietly disappearing unseen by people around. The series reveals the invisible cost of being endlessly responsible for everyone else.
I used blurred focus and distortions to show the internal fragmentation that occurs when personal woman's desires are continually postponed and she is starting to lose herself.
