Leaping into the blast

It’s a man diving toward a Torito, a structure up to 8 meters tall and weighing over 100 kg, as it explodes in the middle of the crowd.
It happens in Tultepec , during the Feria Nacional de la Pirotecnia.
Every year, over 200 Toritos are hurled into the crowd, across uneven ground, exploding while people dance among sparks, smoke, and deafening blasts.
