In an age dominated by efficiency and technology in North America, we’ve gradually lost touch with the origins of our food. We’ve also forgotten the value of a diverse, seasonal, local, and eco-conscious diet.
This work reconnects us with a more humble and human way of producing food — in other words, a return to what truly matters. I’m deeply grateful to La Ferme des Quatre-Temps for allowing me to document their inspiring practices.
