The photographic project touches on the syndrome of Adult Children of Alcoholics. I show my personal story based on memories, archive photos, places I remember from my childhood. I use symbolism and metaphor to show the emotions experienced by a child living in an alcoholic family. Working on the project has become therapy for me.
I am 50 years old. I have survived. I live a good life.
