Seed of madness

“Seed of Madness” is a conceptual fine art photography series that explores the gradual psychological descent into chaos. Rather than depicting madness as a sudden rupture, the series presents it as a slow, internal process — a seed that grows quietly over time.
Across the images, the subject undergoes a visible transformation. The progressive smearing of lipstick becomes a symbol of dissolving control, identity, and social mask. What begins as composure and elegance slowly collapses into emotional disarray, culminating in a final state of exhaustion and submission to inner chaos.
The recurring crown of dark fruit functions as a metaphor for temptation, power, and inner decay — a constant presence as madness takes root. Inspired by the aesthetics of psychological cinema, the series balances beauty and discomfort, control and instability.
