One of my recent photographic adventures took me to the Arabian desert, to an isolated area where mountains of dunes hundreds of metres high instil a profound sense of insignificance even when observed from afar.

Among the aspects that fascinated me the most was finding, within the myriad of sand peaks, shapes and lines that seem to be made by a human hand.

The softness of the sand, the shadowy lines created by the ridges and the intertwining of lines gives the impression of being in front of a painting, to which the blue sky acts as a background.
