The many faces of a soap bubble
The many faces of a soap bubble
In this photographic series, we journey into the delicate and mesmerizing world of soap bubbles, capturing the intricate beauty and ephemeral nature of one of the simplest yet most fascinating phenomena. Through the lens of macrophotography, we reveal the many faces of a soap bubble—its shifting colors, fragile reflections, and transient forms that often go unnoticed by the naked eye.
Each image offers a unique perspective, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. The vibrant iridescence, the minute details of its surface, and the play of light within each bubble tell a story of impermanence and wonder. From the delicate, swirling patterns to the fleeting moments of bursting, these photographs capture the elegance and fragility of an object that is often dismissed as child’s play.
This series is a celebration of the beauty found in the fleeting, the ephemeral, and the delicate...

For several years, I've been drawn toward the realm of the unseen—those fleeting structures that exist just beyond ordinary perception. Through close-up imagery, I attempt to reveal hidden architectures, fragile geometries, delicate tensions of light, and pigments that shift between presence and disappearance.
I love capturing detailed and fascinating images of small wildlife, revealing aspects often invisible to the naked eye, highlighting the beauty and complexity of insects and drawing attention to the diversity and importance of insects in our ecosystem.
Living in Canada, when cold gets here and insects are gone during winter, I like to experiment with some other macrophotography subjects, mainly soap bubbles. The motion and the light refractions creating such beautiful works of art are fascinating!
