Not everyone is the same
Not everyone is the same
In South Korea, homosexuality remains a taboo topic. However, voices advocating for the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals have been growing louder recently. Approximately 40,000 people participated in the Seoul Queer Festival held in 2024. My friend, Kim Si-hyun, realized she was gay at the age of 13. When she first attended the queer festival, she tearfully expressed that she realized she was not an abnormal human being. Not everyone is the same. That’s one of the reasons why we are not robots or machines.
