Dysmorphia
Dysmorphia
"Dysmorphia" is a deeply personal exploration of the tension between how we see ourselves and how we truly exist. By using reflective aluminum foil, I wanted to create a space where physical form and distorted perception meet. In one of the photographs, my own distorted reflection appears within the foil, captured as I photograph the model. This unintended presence felt fitting—blurring the line between observer and subject. It mirrors the shared nature of perception: how we see others, ourselves, and how we are seen in return. Through these portraits, I invite viewers to confront their own reflections and question the fragile relationship between perception and reality.
