Aquifer recovery

In the state of Yucatán Mexico, there is a record of 3,110 cenotes or caves that are important ecosystems for species and vital since they are the connection to the aquifer of the peninsula, in these spaces there is a problem of contamination by solid waste, which since from 2019 to 2013, 116 karst ecosystems have been intervened with this problem, reaching 21,630 kilograms of garbage collected and this is a photographic project that has been carried out for these 5 years trying to teach and raise awareness among the population.
