Insomnia - Antarctica
The massive glaciers of Antarctica flow from the interior of the continent to the edge of the sea. When the glacier reaches the ocean, it begins to break apart, creating icebergs of various sizes, shapes and textures. This dramatic photograph was captured at dusk in the Gerlache Strait of the Antarctic Peninsula during a voyage with the sailing ship Bark Europa.
