"Helplessness" delves into the emotional labyrinth of depression. Each frame captures a woman bearing lifeless limbs—an intimate projection of a fleeting emotional state. The tableau unfolds as a delicate dance, a paradoxical beauty amid the inertia of despair. Mannequin hands become a poignant metaphor for the overwhelming grip of helplessness, mirroring internal battles. Through visual narrative, I externalize the internal, translating the inexpressible. Creating these images is therapeutic—a form-giving act. Each photo is a fragment of my struggle, expressing the complexity of living with depression. "Helplessness" invites witnessing silent struggles, a bridge from personal to universal, a visual dialogue beyond words. By sharing, I aim to evoke empathy for the silent battles fought by many in solitude.
