Mongolian Winter Migration

Mongolia is one of the very few country in the world where nomads and nomadic culture is still present and practiced. Early this year (Feb'23) I able to visit and witnessed the Winter Migration of Nomadic Eagle Hunters from Bayan Ulgii province.
There are around 250 Eagle Hunter families live in Bayan Ulgii province. This time I able to live and travel with Yermek and his family during their Winter Migration.

I am an ex-miner turned photographer currently living in Perth, Australia.
In 2021-2022 I got myself trained on Professional Photography from Light & Life Academy, Ooty, India.
I started my journey as a landscape photographer and now I consider more into People photography.
In 2020 and 2021 I was awarded with Distinctions from FIP and FIAP organization respectively. In 2022, I got awarded with Bronze Medal from BIFA (People and Culture catgegory), and won Honorable Mentions from PX3 (Paris) and Indian Photographer of the Year for People and culture category and landscape category respectively.
Currently I am living in Perth (moved in last November) and trying to set up my own photographic business here.
