Surrounded by Red Leaves

This japanese castle is named Gujo Hachiman. I was on a roadtrip last year during Autumn season, and wanted to capture the sheer beauty of the Japanese maple leaves, ranging from yellow to red colors. This castle instantly caught my eye, and I knew I wanted to capture it. I woke up at sunrise this day, but was disappointed because the castle was stuck in fog. At least I thought it was. I flew my drone anyway, and was lucky enough to have a break in the fog, leaving this beautiful ancient castle surrounded by both gorgeous maple red leaves and mystic fog in the background.
