The Eye (or “Augað” in Icelandic) was captured during the summer of 2023 eruption in Iceland on the Reykjanes peninsula, by Litli Hrutur.

I believe it captures a special sentiment with people around the world right now - and people often wonder, if it symbolizes Mother Nature crying?
