A Model Expired

Peel Apart Packfilm has long since ceased production making it incredibly hard to find. However, being expired also lends itself well to experimentation. I took a few different types of packfilm to shoot some portrait photos in collaboration with my model Như Quỳnh. What ensued was a hilarious and exciting session where we felt like it was Christmas morning each time we peeled apart the film to see what we got.

I started this journey in the Autumn of 2021 and since then have collected many cameras that take all types of instant film from Instax to Polaroid to peel apart packfilm. I especially enjoy using expired film as you never know what the finished product will look like.
