This is Marce
This is Marce
Marce is a man from the LGBT+ community and he is like you and me, a person with dreams and goals, and someone who also has passions in this life, but who also has fears... just like you and me. Marce is originally from the town of Teuchitlán (Jalisco, Mexico) where one of the country's most important ceremonial centers, "Guachimontones" is located. Marce is passionate about dancing, and she does it by remembering her ancestors: the Aztecs. Marcela is an Aztec dancer who discovered her passion for dancing at a very young age and who has been dancing for more than 12 years in this tradition, one more way to show who she is. This time she danced to the Virgin of Zapopan in the Famous Pilgrimage of Guadalajara. A walk of more than 10 kilometers and about 5 hours dancing non-stop. The preparations begin the day before with the Royal Enchantment and continue all night until the procession to the Basilica of Zapopan, a tradition of about 300 years old.
