Mating Lions in their peak moment

Whilst on a wildlife safari game drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve, we witnessed a sighting of Lions mating close by. We managed to capture some extraordinary videos and pictures so that we could share this once-in-a-lifetime encounter with you all. Have you ever wondered why Lions look so angry when mating? The mating behaviour of Lions is a painful process for females. The penis is barbed, and its withdrawal hurts the female who may twist around and attack the dismounting male.
