Fabulous Flamingo mothers

On a recent visit to the British Virgin Islands, I was able to spend a day on Necker Island. Nature surrounds you everywhere on the island. You can see flamingos, iguanas, and giant tortoises. This series is a capture of flamingos during incubation. Flamingos will stand, stretch their wings, and prune frequently. Their nests look like small volcanos when they are completed.
