Regarding a new sport, free diving, in the process of exercising, you need to hold your breath after inhalation, keep as relaxed as possible, increase the skill and efficiency of each action, and increase your understanding of yourself every time you dive. It's a sport you compete with yourself.
All the moments in the photos require more skills than imagined, because all activities are in the sea, so they are often affected by the natural environment, plus their own buoyancy, they have to face themselves at the same time. Adapt to changing sea conditions.
The photos show a variety of free diving methods, including competition, photography, exploration, mermaid, and recreational diving.
