Monster Generation
Monster Generation
According to some studies as well as my own personal experience, it’s possible to affirm that at least 7 out of 10 people between the ages of 19 and 30 have problems easily getting to sleep.
Our generation is one of nocturnal animals, born into the anxiety of never being good enough, hunting for solutions found under cushions, children of a digital era that illuminates us as the city sleeps, putting us into contact with the people of the night. Vampires that have overturned their usual feeding habits, scattering crumbs over bedsheets, that suck their real nutrition from books, knowledge in the sacred silence of the night.
This project is a journey awaiting sleep, that moment in which your blankets weave together with your thoughts, absences are bare feet during icy nights, insomnia keeps your eyes open as if your very soul could see in the dark. The shutter becomes testimony to invisible dynamics, that creates space in the intimacy of a private room and caresses long waits or hope.
