La Habana Vieja (Cuba 60)

Life on the streets of "La Haban Vieja", Cuba, is always interesting. The buildings, the people come and go, the music and the colors keep the mind and eyes of a photographer attentive.
I was there in 2019 and some of these images are from a book and an exhibition: Cuba 60, so called, because in addition to the 60 years of the Revolucion was also my 60th birthday.

I was born in Brazil and began taking photographs in 2013 when I was 53 years old, during a family trip to Patagonia, Chile. Although I work as a civil engineer, I am often more captivated by the shapes, lights, and shadows in photography rather than the actual subject.
