Start of a lava stream at the Fagradalsfjall volcano, South Western Iceland. // Many volcanoes have side openings near to them, from which lava flows (not erupts, or just very lightly) down in long lava creeks. This one was about 3 meters wide at a maximum, but the hot lava lasted for at least a kilometer or two down the valley.

I do fine art photography of landscapes, nature and industrial worlds taken by drone from the air. They reveal beauty, rhythm, strangeness and gateways to other worlds where they cannot be seen from the ground. I take pictures partly for pleasure, partly out of curiosity and partly to get the creative overload off. I exhibit in countries around the world and every so often score in a competition.
